We primarily use Australian Post. However, depending on the size of your parcel and location of the delivery address. Different couriers might be used.

Yes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Express shipping prioritises your order, but delays can still occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by them.

For this reason, express shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a delay occurs.
